Programación tercer trimestre

Hola familias! Quiero compartir con vjosotr@s, como cada trimestre, el planning de contenidos o temas que vamos a trabajar en este último tramo del curso.

Al llegar de las vacaciones hemos comenzado el tema de los animales (animals) de todos los hábitats:

- farm (granja): cow, pig, sheep, horse, duck, hen, chicken, goat...

- sea animals (animales marinos): dolphin, shark, fish, whale, sea turtle, octopus...

-  safari (sabana): giraffe, zebra, lion, hippo, rhino, gorila...

- jungle (selva): crocodile, tiger, parrot, monkey, elephant, snake...

- pets (domésticos, mascotas): dog, cat, mouse, fish...

De forma paralela, estamos trabajando todo lo relacionado con la primavera como el huerto (orchard), little bugs life cycle ...

A continuación veremos las diferentes profesiones (jobs): police, fireman, doctor, teacher..., seguidas por los principales medios de transporte (transports): car, bus, train, plane, motorbike, underground...

Para finalizar, conoceremos el vocabulario relacionado con el verano (summer): mountain, sea, beach, sun, spade, bucket, ice-cream...

This game is for identifying and distinguishing emotions in a very funny way

This board game will help you to practice counting, number recognition and number quantity skills while having fun feeding the monkey!

Includes: printable board game, bananas, paper cube with colours.

Directions:

1. Choose a token for each player. This can be a bottle cap, a miniature animal, etc.

2. Divide the bananas equally between all players (If you need more bananas, print multiple copies of the banana page).

3. The player rolls the paper cube and moves to the next circle that matches the colour on the cube.

4. The player says the number that they land on.

5. The player then "feeds" the number of bananas that matches the number they landed on (To feed the monkey just place the correct amount of bananas on the monkey´s mouth). 

Example: Player rolls the cube and gets green. They move to the green circle. The green circle has the number 2 so they feed 2 bananas to the monkey. The players take turns moving around the board and feeding the monkey. The player who arrives at the finish first is the winner. 

This shadow pack will get your kids matching animals to their shadows. This is great for visual discrimination practice, as well as vocabulary building
